Payment & Product Sale

• Resale and Transfer: Resale and transfer are prohibited for three years. Purchasers are assumed to agree to this condition. If resale is detected, strict measures, including legal action, will be taken.

Packaging and Shipping

• Lead Time for Made-to-Order Items and Goods: Estimated 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.
• No Delivery Date Specification: Delivery dates cannot be specified. Orders may be delayed depending on the production of artwork.
• Separate Orders: Separate orders will be shipped separately.
• Shipping Methods: We use Yamato Transport and regular courier services. Large artworks exceeding 140 cm in total dimensions may be shipped using other carriers.
• Changes Due to Packaging and Carrier: Shipping methods may change based on packaging conditions and the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

• No Returns or Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience.

International Shipping

• International Delivery: We use our designated carriers for international shipping. However, due to circumstances such as suspensions under agreements between Japan and other countries, deliveries may be delayed. Delivery will proceed once suspensions are lifted.
